我們使用GO Logistics 進行香港 / 澳門送貨服務。
1. Our delivery partners
We partner with GO Logistics for Hong Kong & Macao order delivery.
2. 我的訂單仍然是“處理中”，什麼時候會發貨？
訂單均於3-4個工作天內處理。如果是預訂貨品的訂單，將於到貨後3-4個工作天內發貨。
**若訂單內同時有預訂物品及現貨，現貨會先寄出，其餘預訂貨品到齊後會以到付方式寄出。
2. My order is still "in progress", when will it be shipped?
Orders will be processed within three - four working days. If it is an order with pre-ordered products, it will be shipped within three - four working day after arrival.
**For any orders with pre-ordered items, we will be sending out in stock items while the rest will be send via cash on delivery once arrived.
3. 我的訂單發貨後我會收到通知嗎？
當貨品寄出後，客人將會收到電郵通知運單號，可以速遞公司網站追蹤包裹。
3. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we will receive a tracking number via email. You could track the package from SF Express website.
4. 下單後發現資料有錯漏怎麼辦？
敬請盡快透過 admin@stuff-official.co，以及Whatsapp 852-6737 9389 聯絡我們修改資料。**請注意，如欲修改地址，有可能已經無法更改，或快遞公司可能會收取地址更改費用。
4. My order has been shipped, but I need to change the address, what should I do?
Contact us via admin@stuff-official.co OR Whatsapp 852-6737 9389 as soon as possible. **Please note that it may not be possible to change the address, or the courier company may charge an address change fee.**
